Mount Rainier Wilson Headwall
When we skied the Fuhrer Finger/Thumb, I noticed that the Wilson Headwall looked to be in pretty good condition so I had to go back for another line.
It was pretty demoralizing sleeping and waking in a complete fog.
We knew on paper we were under a cloud layer but it was validating to see the Crystal Mountain Webcam haha.
Above the clouds now

Looked unreal in person
Not as many ants today

Dropping down the headwall
The serac looming over the line.
Pretty gnarly rockfall getting out at the end of the line, but pretty fun all things considered.

We had a ball watching people come down the finger with binoculars.
They were so late!!
Conner’s two friends down the finger lol
Notes
- This was probably ~15 miles and ~9300 feet of vertical gain in a little under 10 hours.
